4.1 Data processing is carried out on the basis of: the Partner’s consent provided upon registration, the necessity to comply with and perform the Rules, as well as the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.1 The Service may transfer data to Advertisers for the purpose of tracking Partner actions and interaction related to reward accrual, to technical service providers, and to government authorities as required by applicable law.

5.2 The Service bears no responsibility for the actions of third parties who have gained access to data within the scope of this Policy.
